Our October 2015 Company-Wide Teacher of the Month is Ashlei Webb!! Ms Ashlei is the assistant infant teacher for our University City school in Missouri!
Assistant Director, Breanne Campbell, had the following to say about Ashlei, “This month, we would like to nominate the amazing Ms. Ashlei Webb. It is clear Ashlei has a knack for working with children. Her positivity and energy brightens the classroom, as well as our entire building. She works diligently to take excellent care of our babies and creates lasting connections with our families. Teachers, parents, and students simply adore Ms. Ashlei. It is without hesitation that we nominate the amazing Ms. Ashlei as one deserving of the company-wide employee of the month. “
Ashlei got started in the child care industry when her mom was an administrative assistant at a childcare center that she attended as a child. At age 16, they hired Ashlei as a floater and 14 years later she is still in childcare!
Ashlei loves how friendly everyone is within this company. “If you come in in a bad mood, 9 times out of 10 that will vanish shortly after walking in. I love how appreciative everyone is to have us working here.”
Ashlei works in the infant classroom and enjoys doing footprint projects the most! She loves seeing her little babies grow: learning to crawl, walk, feed themselves, etc. “I love knowing that I am their first teacher!”
Outside of work, Ashlei enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, attending Cardinal games and playing video games.
One unique fact about Ashlei is she loves to read! She has over 400 books on her Kindle that she has read!
