Our 2018 December LSP National Teacher of the Month is Pamela McMenomy from our San Antonio Stone Oak, TX location! Ms. Pam is an infant teacher in the Lilliput classroom.
When asked what she enjoys most about being a teacher in the infant room, Ms. Pam responded “I love watching the babies grow, and helping them reach important milestones. Plus, who doesn’t love babies?!” She also loves to read and sing to her babies because they respond in such a fun way!
Inspired by her mother, Pam says that she always tries to do what’s right and help others as much as she can along the way. When asked what she enjoys most about working for LSP, Ms. Pam replied “I love the environment and our leadership team!”
Here’s what Teresa, Ms. Pam’s supervisor, had to say about her “Ms. Pam is the epitome of a caring person. She is so loving towards her babies and always communicative with her parents. I love to see Ms. Pam talk to her babies. The way she cradles them as she looks into their eyes and speaks to them, is so heartwarming. I also love to hear her reassure her babies when they are crying. Ms. Pam is so patient and kind and is also so loved by LSP parents. You’ll always catch Ms. Pam with a smile!”
In her free time, Ms. Pam loves to spend time with her family. One fun fact about Ms. Pam, is that she can say the alphabet backwards because her music teacher taught her the backwards alphabet song in elementary school and she always remembered it!
We are so proud to recognize Ms. Pam as our December National Teacher of the Month!
