Our Leadership Team
Hello! My name is Amy and I am deeply proud of and thankful for my position as the program director at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse & Preschool of Littleton. I have been a part of this incredible family since we opened our doors in 2016. It has been an experience full of growth laughter and fun and I look forward to many more years!
I started as the lead pre-kindergarten teacher after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with my bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. I fell in love with this company because of the unique curriculum, supportive leaders, and the countless ways to grow in my profession. I have discovered so much about myself as a leader and am eternally grateful for the relationships that have flourished with all children, families and teachers.
My son, Torey, also attends Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and he is as happy as I am. I feel truly blessed to be able to experience his growth and development on a daily basis. In our free time, Torey and I love to get out and get active. Our favorite places are the basketball courts and the swimming pool! We also have a passion for food; we are always out and about trying new and unique restaurants!
Hello families! My name is Stephanie, and I am privileged to be the Assistant Director at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool in Littleton. I have been a facilitator of learning for almost ten years and have been a member of preschool management for several of those years. I am passionate about curriculum and development as well as the Reggio Emilia Philosophy, and I am proud to be able to help your little ones learn and make magic happen.
I was born and raised in South Africa and discovered my love for education at a young age. I received my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a major in Child Psychology from the University of South Africa. My husband and I moved to Colorado almost two years ago and we absolutely love it! In our free time, we enjoy ice fishing and food adventures.
I was enthralled by the loving, supportive and family-like nature of LSP and I knew, from the moment I stepped foot in the door, that I belonged here. I look forward to all the amazing adventures that await me at LSP and I am so happy to be a part of the family!
