Our Lake St. Louis, MO Leadership Team
Ms. Jen
Program Director
Hi, there! My name is Jen, and I am proud to be your Program Director of Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool of Lake St. Louis. This program is truly top-notch, and I feel so blessed to be a part of it and I have no doubt you will too.
A little bit about me, I have a Bachelor’s in English from Truman State University and a Master’s in Special Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Throughout my career in early education, I have worked as an assistant, classroom lead, and as the director of a center caring and educating children with autism. I have had the privilege of working as the Program Director for our O’Fallon location for three and a half years before transitioning to help open our Lake Saint Louis location. My true passion is helping others and watching young learners succeed and develop over time with the help of dedicated and passionate early educators who inspire a love of learning each day.
On a personal note, my husband, Mike, and I have two boys; Wesley and Sullivan and a Pitbull, Archer. We are proud residents of Wentzville, MO and enjoy hiking, working in our garden and spending time outside every chance we get!
Ms. Sarahlinda
Assistant Director
Hello! My name is Sarahlinda, and I am the Assistant Director of Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool of Lake St. Louis.
My journey in childcare began at age 10 as the neighborhood babysitter. As I grew up, I began to understand the true gift it was to bring positivity, a nurturing environment, and compassion to young and growing minds. I took it upon myself to ensure that I would walk through life doing just that.
I worked at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool as a teacher assistant for two years prior to receiving my bachelor’s in psychology and Sociology at Lindenwood University. I decided to carry on what I learned outside of the classroom setting by providing support to families in need. While this job was truly rewarding, nothing felt like home quite like Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool. I am truly honored to take on this role and continue providing space for children to find their voices and feel empowered to be curious and learn new things.
Personally, I love to travel and spend time with my fiancé, Mackenzie, and our pup, Phinn. We enjoy spending time out in nature, exploring new places, and enjoying coffee shops!

What Our Lake St. Louis Families Are Saying
Hailey
Our daughter has been attending LSP in LSL since the grand opening and we couldn’t be happier! As hard as it is being a mom and having to be away from your child all day I couldn’t have imagined a better group of women & phenomenal educators to care for her. We’ve seen incredible growth from her with all of her skills & milestones and recently were so excited she started singing her ABCs in the car by herself, & she isn’t even 2yo yet! The facility is just as gorgeous as the women working it. Our daughter gets sooo excited to go to the castle every day & experience all the sweet themed rooms! You’re always greeted with a smile and leadership knows all the kids and parents by name, which is so encouraging! I without a doubt would recommend LSP to any first, second or tenth time parent looking for a top notch place for your child to feel safe, loved and nurtured.

We love LSP, my first child went to here and she loved it. She always wanted to go to the LSP. Now, my son joined LSP about a month ago and I always see his smiles on the pictures his teacher posted. Thanks to my sons teachers that make my son happy there. And my daughter asked me to thank her teachers as well. She loves them!
