SPRINGFIELD, MO March 30, 2022—Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool, a Springfield-based, national early education provider, announced they’re building a new location in Ozark, MO to support more local families in need of high quality child care.
“During the last year, we explored ways to address our long waitlist to better address the needs of our community,” said Brett Roubal, CEO. “The new school will be nothing like we’ve done before at Little Sunshine’s. We’re almost doubling the capacity, making it the largest of our schools in Southwest Missouri. Not only are we adding space, but we’re adding several amenities like a drop-off lane, turfed playgrounds with our signature playhouse, new toys, and equipment. “
The new preschool will serve about 125 students at full capacity and is replacing the current location in Ozark. It will be an all-inclusive, private preschool offering several distinctive services and to families as well as a play-based, Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum to students.
The 9,000-square-foot preschool features an indoor treehouse, outdoor playgrounds with custom-built playhouses, water features, shade structures, and tricycle paths.
