Our Leadership Team
Area Manager & Program Director
Hello LSP families, my name is Pam Fegan and I am thrilled to be the Area Manager of Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool locations in Illinois. My journey began with Little Sunshine Playhouse in January 2016 when I helped open the LSP of Willowbrook as the program director.
I have worked in the early childhood field for over 20 years, in the classroom and management roles. I have always had a passion in working with children and making a difference in each child’s life. These years are so crucial in their learning and development, I feel honored to be part of it and work alongside all our amazing teachers and leaders.
On a personal note, my husband John and I have three amazing children. We love spending family time together doing fun arts and crafts, cooking together, and anything outdoors. We also love to travel and find new adventures to see and enjoy together.
I am really looking forwarded to expanding our LSP family in Illinois and meeting you all.
Assistant Program director
Hello, my name is Genna. I’m excited to serve you and your family as the assistant director of Little Sunshine’s Playhouse & Preschool of Willowbrook.
Working with children has always been a passion of mine. Their imagination is inspiring, which is one of the reasons I love our Reggio Emilia- inspired curriculum, Creatively Shine, which allows teachers to be co-learners with their students. I have been working with children for the past 15 years and have enjoyed every minute of it! I graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in family consumer sciences, focusing on the sequence of human development and family relations. I also earned my minor in children studies. This is when I developed my love for working with not only children but their families as well.
I am very personable and truly look forward to supporting you and your children. I can’t wait to give your family an experience better than you have imagined here at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool®.
