At Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool® we believe that a child’s work is play. We teach children age-appropriate lessons, manners, and social skills all through creative and purposeful play. We believe that if children enjoy learning at a young age it will carry with them throughout their lives.
Each month we have original projects, provide each classroom with new materials that reflect the monthly theme and provide related activities to support the individual concepts of the “whole child.”

Our Leadership Team

Mrs. Kelley
Program Director
Hi, LSP Families! I began my career with Little Sunshine’s Playhouse at our Claremont location in April of 2010. After taking a brief break in August of 2019 I have rejoined the LSP family as the program director of our Chestnut location. In 2020, I accepted the Program Director position at LSP Southlake. My passion is enriching the lives around me and building lasting relationships. I look forward to meeting you and partnering together during these most crucial years of learning for your little one.
On a personal note, I have been married to my wonderful husband Matt for almost 5 years. Together we have two children, Amara will be turning 16 this summer and our son Asher (our leap day baby) just turned 4. In our spare time, we love watching the St. Louis and Springfield Cardinals and going to as many games as we can. During NCAA basketball season you will find us cheering for our Kentucky Wildcats and Missouri State Bears.
As a family we also enjoy camping. Every day is an adventure in our home.

Mrs. Alyssa
Assistant Director
My name is Alyssa and I am so excited to be your Assistant Program Director here at LSP Southlake. Early childhood education is one of my greatest passions and I am grateful it’s been such a large part of my career for the last eight years. I have my Associates of Arts in early childhood education from Tarrant County College and I strive to continue that education and training each year.
My goal is to always make sure each family feels their child is safe, well cared for and loved while they are in our care. I believe open communication is key and I will do whatever I can to ensure you and your children have the best experience while in our program.
On a personal note, I was born and raised in Surprise, Arizona and I moved to Fort Worth in 2010. I currently live with my amazing husband, Ryan, our daughter Harper and our two dogs Remy and Roscoe. In our spare time, we enjoy being outside whenever we can and cheering on all our favorite sports teams.
I am beyond excited to be a part of your child’s early childhood education and can’t wait to witness the wonder, curiosity and development your child will go through in our program.
