Our Leadership Team

Mrs. Pam
ARea manager
Hello LSP families, my name is Pam and I am thrilled to be the Area Manager of Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool locations in Illinois. My journey began with Little Sunshine Playhouse in January 2016 when I helped open the LSP of Willowbrook as the program director.
I have worked in the early childhood field for over 20 years, in the classroom and management roles. I have always had a passion in working with children and making a difference in each child’s life. These years are so crucial in their learning and development, I feel honored to be part of it and work alongside all our amazing teachers and leaders.
On a personal note, my husband John and I have three amazing children. We love spending family time together doing fun arts and crafts, cooking together, and anything outdoors. We also love to travel and find new adventures to see and enjoy together.
I am really looking forwarded to expanding our LSP family in Illinois and meeting you all.

Mrs. Colleen
Program director
Hello! My name is Colleen and I proud to be your program director at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse & Preschool of Schaumburg. Little Sunshine’s Playhouse is truly what my passion is. It has been a pleasure growing with the company and getting to know not only the children but the families as well. LSP has truly become my second family and I can’t wait to grow my family within the Schaumburg community.
I am married to my best friend, Dan! We also have a daughter who is 2 years old. She keeps us amused and lights up our days!. On the weekends, I spend a lot of time with my family and am always working on new projects in our home. There is never a dull moment in our household.
I love watching the children use their creative minds and learn through play with our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum. From infants when they are exploring with sensory bottles until pre-kindergarten where they are expressing their emotions with documentation and making faces out of rocks.
Being in child care is the most rewarding job possible. When I walk into a classroom and immediately have children hugging your legs and putting the biggest smile on your face, is the best feeling. I want these children to feel at home when they are at school and be excited to come and learn.
I always make sure I build a relationship with each child and family to understand them better to show my utmost respect for their lives at school and outside of school. My goal each day is to ensure that every family has a genuine and positive experience at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and they are getting the love they deserve.

Mrs. Lizzi
ASsistant director
Hi, LSP Families! My name is Lizzi and I am ecstatic to be the Assistant Director at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse & Preschool of Schaumburg!
I have 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. I first started my journey with LSP at the Willowbrook, IL location in December of 2017. I started as an Early Preschool teacher and then I was promoted to the Head Teacher Management position.
Children have such an amazing imagination when it comes to conversation and learning. Educating and being surrounded by children is one of the most rewarding careers and it is my true passion. There is nothing better than being greeted by children everyday with open arms and smiles each time I walk into a classroom!
My husband, Tim, and I have a beautiful baby girl! We are learning to navigate this new role as parents and are super excited to watch her grow. We also have two amazing Bengal cats that fill our home with craziness and fun. My husband and I are avid scuba divers who love adventure, mountains, traveling, and taking on new experiences together. I also have a passion for fitness, staying healthy, and am a big believer in personal development.
As your Assistant Director, I am thrilled to help create a positive learning experience and bond with you and your child daily. I want to ensure you feel confident, supported and welcomed into our LSP Schaumburg family!
