Our O'Fallon, MO Leadership Team
Hello! My name is Pam and I am excited to serve your family as the Program Director of Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool of O’Fallon.
Let me start off by telling you a little bit about myself. I grew up in a quaint little town in Northern Michigan. I graduated from North Central College with my associate’s degree. Shortly after graduating, I decided to make the move to St. Louis to continue my early childhood education courses at UMSL.
I have been working in early childhood education for over 20 years. Some of my experiences include many years in a preschool and public-school setting. I was a program director of a small preschool for 13 years. I am very passionate about Early Education. I love seeing the world through children’s eyes and watching them learn new things. I love providing children with a safe, nurturing environment to foster their education.
On a more personal note, I have two kiddos named Lillian and Logan and a dog named Chili. You will most likely find us at a farm or picking apples on the weekend. We love to explore and enjoy the outdoors. I also have a great love for interior design and incorporating fun decor ideas into a classroom setting. A child is most comfortable in a fun-loving, organized classroom. I am dedicated to making your child’s preschool experience wonderful and educational!
Hey there! My name is Kaitlyn, and I am proud to be your Assistant Director at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool of O’Fallon.
I have always loved kids and have wanted to be a teacher since a very young age. I attended Southeast Missouri State University and studied Early Childhood Education. I started working at a preschool in 2014 as an assistant teacher and have loved it ever since! My passion has always been to nurture young minds and to create a safe a fun environment to help them learn and grow during their fundamental years.
I have worked at LSP of O’Fallon location for more than three years and assisted with opening the school. Opening a new school was such an amazing experience and opportunity. I started as the lead teacher in our preschool classroom then quickly became head teacher after a year at Little Sunshine’s. I believe young children learn best through play and the Reggio Emilia approach and the engaging curriculum does just that.
On a personal note, my fiancé and I have been together for nine years and have a sweet pup named Benny. We enjoy going to dog parks around STL, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. You might also find me strolling the aisles of Target buying something I don’t need.
I am so happy to welcome you to our castle and watch your little one learn and grow!

What Our O'Fallon Families Are Saying
My son is 2.5 years old and loves going to school to see his friends and teachers! He used to be sad at drop-offs but his teachers have learned exactly how to get him pumped for school right away. His class is outside all the time, which my active toddler needs! Would definitely recommend it.
We LOVE LSP and are so glad that our daughter has Miss J as her teacher. I can tell that the guidance from the staff and interactions with other kiddos has really made a difference in so many ways. We currently go MWF, but know that when we decide to go full-time, the transition will be easy.
I highly recommend LSP to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring and encouraging place to send your little ones!
LSP is so amazing from the building to the teachers and staff that take the time to be with our children when we are not! They are so fun and loving. Every staff member knows your name and greets you every morning and afternoon! We truly love LSP and all it has done for our kiddo! We will definitely be sending our newest baby there, too!❤️
