Our Leadership Team

Mrs. Jen
Program Director
Hi, there! My name is Jen and I am proud to be your program director of Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool® of O’Fallon. This program is truly top-notch and I feel so blessed to be a part of it and I have no doubt you will too.
A little bit about me, I have a bachelor’s decree in English from Truman State University and a masters in special education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Throughout my career in early education, I have worked as an assistant, classroom lead, and as the director of a center caring and educating children with autism. My true passion is helping others and watching young learners succeed and develop over time with the help of dedicated and passionate early educators who inspire a love of learning each day.
On a personal note, my husband, Mike, and I have a son named Wesley and two Pitbulls, Zeus and Archer. We are proud residents of Wentzville, MO and enjoy bike rides, hiking and spending time outside every chance we get!

Ms. Pam
Assistant Program Director
Hello! My name is Pam and I am excited to serve your family as the Assistant Director of Little Sunshine’s Playhouse & Preschool of O’Fallon.
Let me start off by telling you a little bit about myself. I grew up in a quaint little town in Northern Michigan. I graduated from North Central College with my Associate’s Degree. Shortly after graduating, I decided to make the move to St. Louis to continue my early childhood education courses at UMSL.
I have been working in early childhood education for over 20 years. Some of my experiences include many years in a preschool and public-school setting. I was a Program Director of a small preschool for 13 years. I am very passionate about Early Education. I love seeing the world through children’s eyes and watching them learn new things. I love providing children with a safe, nurturing environment to foster their education.
On a more personal note, I have two kiddos named Lillian and Logan and a dog named Chili. You will most likely find us at a farm or picking apples on the weekend. We love to explore and enjoy the outdoors. I also have a great love for interior design and incorporating fun decor ideas into a classroom setting. A child is most comfortable in a fun-loving, organized classroom. I am dedicated to making your child’s preschool experience wonderful and educational!
